We always try to find the best support solution linked to available budgets. However, we're not the right partner if you are just looking for some tips and tricks or band-aids without the appetite to strategically approach this critical topic of human performance.


How are you different from others?

Our clients would give the best answer. However, for 20 years, we have listened to the human performance needs of business professionals (at work and home) and tracked data on their human performance status. We constantly design the best support solutions to build their Personal Readiness to show up better and think better. We aspire to redesign what it means to be human while accomplishing bold projects. Our work links to business outcomes.

TIGNUM doesn't do business coaching. How is your coaching different?

Business coaching is a structured approach that lets the coachees find solutions to their challenges. The TIGNUM coaching focuses mainly on personalizing the curated pragmatic tools and strategies for the coachees and helps build multiple performance plans/protocols for different situations of high intensity. We also help them prepare for their key moments to be at their best. We do this in a concierge style and plug in different human performance experts (e.g., experts on jet lag, hormones, performance nutrition, recovery, etc.)


Why is TIGNUM more costly than some other providers?

We are not facilitators with some slides and handouts. And we are not a mono-solution provider. We are serious about performance and impact and fully understand the complexity of the human system in a complex business environment. Many activities that are not visible have to be planned, designed, and orchestrated backstage. These include our R&D, TIGNUM Lab, knowledge management systems, data and algorithm engines, data security infrastructure, content production studios, and performance specialist training systems. When you work with one of our specialists, you work with all that support and infrastructure to deliver cutting-edge services.


Are your services standardized, or do you tailor them?

One of the first steps is understanding the executives’ status, challenges, struggles, and dynamics. We then design the best Sustainable Human Performance support based on the insights, needs, timing, and available budget. What does fluid design mean?

Nobody knows what will happen in three months. Is there another crisis coming, another transformation, or another curveball? Long-term support plans are more or less obsolete. The support for leaders and their teams is adaptive and focused on the current needs.

We have an extensive Personal Readiness Solution Repository built upon our methodology, research and development, extensive database and client experience, and developing human performance trends so we can rapidly design your solutions. This means we can change formats (live, virtual, combo) and the content aligned with the context.


Why do you say that Personal Readiness is always a work in progress?

The journey to achieving and maintaining a strong executive foundation (cognitive, emotional, and physical capacity to maximize impact) can be insanely exciting and incredibly frustrating. Exciting because the desire to develop, discover, create, learn, achieve, change, and improve is one of the most significant sources of satisfaction a person can know. Frustrating because every time we reach the summit of a mountain, we know another mountain is waiting for us. There are always new challenges thrown at us, and there are always new insights, tools, or something to master. At the same time, we change; we have different roles, responsibilities, and needs. The journey will never end if you are serious and committed to maximizing your impact.
